Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
the Ops Zero website and services provided by Ops Zero ("Ops Zero,"
"we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or
services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
do not use our website or services.

Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding
contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of
an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that
organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

Use of the services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable right to access and use our website and
services for your internal business purposes. Access to the Ops
Zero platform may be subject to a separate written agreement or
order form, which controls in the event of a conflict with these
Terms.

Acceptable use
You agree not to: violate any law or third-party right; access the
services without authorization or interfere with their operation;
reverse engineer, copy, or resell the services except as permitted
by law; upload malicious code; or use the services to send unlawful,
infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access
for violations.

Accounts and security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your
account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not
liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual property
The website, services, and all related content, software, and
trademarks are owned by Ops Zero or its licensors and are protected
by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly
granted here, we reserve all rights. You retain ownership of data
you submit and grant us a limited license to use it to provide the
services.

Fees
Fees for paid services, if any, are set out in an applicable order
form or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable
and exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility. We may
update pricing on a prospective basis with notice.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated
into these Terms by reference. By using the services, you
acknowledge that policy.

Third-party services
Our services may link to or integrate with third-party services
that we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party
content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their
terms.

Disclaimers
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available"
without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or
statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest
extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will
be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ops Zero and its
affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of
profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or
related to these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to us
for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one
hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid any amounts.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ops Zero and its
affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of
the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or
applicable law.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time
if you violate these Terms or as needed to protect the services.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ends. Provisions
that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut,
United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You
agree that the state and federal courts located in Connecticut will
have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or
relating to these Terms, and you consent to their venue, except
where prohibited by applicable law.

be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and
